परिचय (Introduction)

CISF यानी Central Industrial Security Force भारत सरकार का एक प्रमुख अर्धसैनिक बल है, जो देश के Critical Infrastructure जैसे कि परमाणु संयंत्र, हवाई अड्डे, समुद्री बंदरगाह, मेट्रो नेटवर्क, सरकारी भवनों और बड़ी निजी कंपनियों की सुरक्षा का दायित्व संभालता है।
देश में औद्योगिकीकरण बढ़ने के साथ-साथ Critical Installations की सुरक्षा बेहद ज़रूरी हो गई थी, और इसी आवश्यकता को पूरा करने के लिए CISF का गठन किया गया।

CISF का गठन और इतिहास

  • स्थापना: 10 मार्च 1969
  • अधिनियम: CISF को CISF Act, 1968 के तहत स्थापित किया गया था।
  • शुरुआत में: केवल Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) को सुरक्षा प्रदान करना था।
  • आज: Airports, Nuclear Installations, Metro Systems, Heritage Monuments (जैसे ताजमहल), और Private Sector तक इसका कार्यक्षेत्र फैल चुका है।

पहले केवल 2,800 कार्मिक थे, आज यह बल 1.7 लाख से अधिक जवानों का विशाल संगठन बन चुका है।

  • औद्योगिक सुरक्षा: सभी बड़ी सरकारी और निजी औद्योगिक इकाइयों की सुरक्षा।
  • Airport Security: भारत के 60+ अंतरराष्ट्रीय और घरेलू हवाई अड्डों की सुरक्षा।
  • Metro Security: दिल्ली मेट्रो, कोलकाता मेट्रो जैसी बड़ी मेट्रो सेवाओं की सुरक्षा।
  • Fire Protection Services: महत्वपूर्ण प्रतिष्ठानों में Fire Safety Management करना।
  • VIP सुरक्षा: विशिष्ट व्यक्तियों को सुरक्षा देना (SPG की सहायता के रूप में)।
  • Disaster Management: प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के समय Search and Rescue Operations करना।
  • Private Sector Security: Private Companies के लिए Paid Security Services भी देना।
  • Heritage Security: ताजमहल, लाल किला जैसे राष्ट्रीय धरोहर स्थलों की सुरक्षा भी CISF के जिम्मे है।

संगठन संरचना (Organizational Structure)

  • महानिदेशक (Director General): 2025 में DG हैं नीना सिंह (Nina Singh), पहली महिला DG बनी हैं।
  • मुख्यालय: नई दिल्ली
  • Sector Wise Divisions: North, East, West, South, North-East, Training Sectors।

    • National Industrial Security Academy (NISA) — हैदराबाद
    • Fire Service Training Institute (FSTI) — हैदराबाद
    • RTCs (Recruit Training Centers) — पूरे देश में फैले हुए।

2025 के अनुसार CISF से जुड़े प्रमुख घटनाक्रम (Latest Updates)

🔵 Modernization Program (2025):
➔ Smart Surveillance Systems, Drone Surveillance, Face Recognition Technology, और AI आधारित Monitoring को अपनाया गया है।

🔵 Recruitment Drive (2025):
➔ लगभग 10,000 से अधिक पदों पर भर्ती का Notification जारी हुआ है — Constables, ASIs और SIs के लिए।

🔵 Cyber Security Wing Launch (2025):
➔ Critical Installations पर Cyber Attacks के बढ़ते खतरे को देखते हुए, एक अलग Cyber Security Division बनाया गया है।

🔵 New MoUs:
➔ Private Malls, IT Parks, और Special Economic Zones (SEZs) के साथ New Security Contracts साइन हुए हैं।

भविष्य में CISF की भूमिका (Future Vision)

  • बढ़ते साइबर खतरों के चलते, अब CISF केवल Physical Security तक सीमित नहीं रहेगा बल्कि Cyber Space में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा।
  • आने वाले वर्षों में CISF में और भी Modern Weapons, AI Tools और International Level की Training को शामिल किया जाएगा।
  • Global Security Challenges के बीच CISF को एक Global Standard Force बनाया जाएगा।

CISF का महत्व (Importance of CISF)

➔ आज जब Industrial Growth, Urbanization और Global Threats बढ़ रहे हैं, CISF भारत को सुरक्षित रखने में Frontline पर खड़ा है।
➔ भारत की Critical Economy Backbone जैसे Airports, Ports, Oilfields को सुरक्षित रखना सिर्फ Economic ही नहीं, बल्कि Strategic National Importance का काम है।
