हरियाणा की यूट्यूबर ज्योति मल्होत्रा को पुलिस ने जासूसी के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है।
पुलिस के अनुसार, उनके खिलाफ Official Secrets Act और IPC की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
जांच के दौरान यह सामने आया कि ज्योति मल्होत्रा ने पाकिस्तान की खुफिया एजेंसी ISI से संपर्क किया और उन्हें भारत की सुरक्षा से जुड़ी जानकारी भेजी।

आरोपों की पूरी कहानी
2023 में ज्योति मल्होत्रा ने दिल्ली स्थित पाकिस्तानी हाई कमिशन में वीज़ा आवेदन किया।
इस दौरान उनकी मुलाकात ‘दानिश’ नामक पाकिस्तानी अधिकारी से हुई, जिसे ISI का एजेंट बताया जा रहा है।
उन्हें पाकिस्तान का वीज़ा प्राप्त हुआ और वे लाहौर समेत कई शहरों की यात्रा पर गईं।
वहां उन्होंने पाकिस्तानी खुफिया एजेंसियों से संपर्क बनाए रखा और व्हाट्सएप, टेलीग्राम, स्नैपचैट जैसे माध्यमों से संवाद करती रहीं।

पाकिस्तान यात्रा और वीडियो
ज्योति के यूट्यूब चैनल Travel with JO पर मौजूद पाकिस्तान यात्रा के वीडियो अब जांच के केंद्र में हैं।
उनके वीडियो जैसे — Exploring Lahore, Indian Girl in Pakistan, Visit to Katas Raj Temple —
इनमें उन्होंने पाकिस्तान की संस्कृति और लोगों की प्रशंसा की, जो भारत विरोधी नैरेटिव जैसा प्रतीत हुआ।
वीडियो में लाहौर को “भारत से बेहतर सांस्कृतिक शहर” बताया गया।

जांच एजेंसियों के खुलासे
जांच में सामने आया कि उन्होंने भारत की सेना, सीमा सुरक्षा बल (BSF), और कुछ महत्वपूर्ण संस्थानों की जानकारी साझा की।
इसके लिए उन्होंने पाक एजेंट्स के साथ कोड नामों का प्रयोग किया — जैसे “जट्ट रणधावा”।
उनके पास से कई संदिग्ध फाइलें, चैट्स और वीडियो क्लिप्स बरामद हुईं, जिन्हें जांच के लिए फॉरेंसिक टीम को सौंपा गया है।
उनकी वित्तीय गतिविधियों की भी जांच हो रही है, जिनमें विदेशी फंडिंग की संभावनाएं हैं।

संदिग्ध सहयोगी भी जांच के घेरे में
ओडिशा की एक और यूट्यूबर प्रियंका सेनापति भी इस जांच की परिधि में आई हैं।
प्रियंका धार्मिक स्थलों के व्लॉग बनाती हैं और उन्होंने ज्योति के साथ जगन्नाथ मंदिर और पाकिस्तान के करतारपुर साहिब की यात्रा की थी।
उनकी पाकिस्तान यात्रा और सोशल मीडिया पर गतिविधियों की भी समीक्षा की जा रही है।

सरकार और एजेंसियों की सतर्कता
इस घटना के बाद सरकार ने सोशल मीडिया इन्फ्लुएंसर्स और ट्रैवल व्लॉगर्स की गतिविधियों पर विशेष नजर रखने का निर्णय लिया है।
खासकर वे लोग जो विदेश यात्रा कर रहे हैं और वहां की संवेदनशील जानकारी वीडियो के जरिए साझा कर रहे हैं।

ज्योति मल्होत्रा की गिरफ्तारी यह दर्शाती है कि सोशल मीडिया और यूट्यूब जैसे मंचों का दुरुपयोग भारत की राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा को खतरे में डाल सकता है।
यह घटना सिर्फ एक YouTuber की गिरफ्तारी नहीं है, बल्कि डिजिटल माध्यम से हो रही संभावित जासूसी गतिविधियों की गंभीर चेतावनी है।
अब जांच एजेंसियाँ इस मामले को विस्तार से देख रही हैं और इसकी न्यायिक प्रक्रिया जल्द ही आरंभ होगी।
